He is the phoenix counterpart to Feng the Dragon

Huang is a white phoenix. (deity level)
He has powers over lighting and thunder, while Feng the Dragon controls wind and rain.
They usually get along but at other times let's say their relationship is stormy HAHAHAH
He has a quiet, lofty personality. Often he feels he does not need to get involved in any situation because it doesn't concern him.
On the other hand, Feng is quite nosey and likes to see what people are up to. Sometimes, she takes offense to what people are doing, even if it has nothing to do with her. But usually, she only gets annoyed when humans are being foolish fools who foolishly ... start wars or do something without a good reason. She will sabotage the people's plans with storms. Huang, not wanting to get stuck in Feng's antics, occasionally delivers a clap or two of thunder and a few lightning strikes but that's pretty much the extent of his involvement.
