Skyward Sword -- Peater (NPC)

ok I've always loved the zelda NPCs and I think Peater is one of my top faves cause he's like super cool and chill on his island with the Bamboo cutting game.

And he is protective over his daughter peatrice, who develops a liking for Link, and he tells Link to bugger off and not look at his daughter even though she's the one making all the advances XD

In his youth, he was a knight on Skyloft. 

In the game you see him in his middle age wearing his knight uniform that is too many sizes too small for him so it's almost bursting at the seams.

I think he would've had nice flowing locks and maybe too much confidence in his skills as a knight.

But then he suffered a defeat that made him ashamed of his lack of skills (the harsh truth!!).

And now he hangs out on Bamboo Island honing his swordsmanship skills in isolation~ it's quite sad ; u ; /

When Link visits the island, he must be happy to have a sort of 'pupil' or someone he thinks that he can inspire with his dazzling cutting skills X3
