You can note me with the form from my commission journal for a quote/to make an order
(the first #--- denotes the no. of commissioner and their invoice#)

Commissions are paid up front via Paypal (Canadian currency - CAD) before I start any work.
The commissions are completed in the order that they are paid in full
The art will be uploaded on my dA gallery
Customers receive the full sized image (I work on relatively small canvases - generally less than 800 pixels square for chibies)
Customers are allowed to request one WIP at the sketch stage free of charge - but must tell me in advance at the time of ordering.
If commissions are requested to be private (i.e. I don't get to upload it to my art gallery), an extra fee of 25% commission price is charged. Also, the customer cannot post the art publicly either.
Unpaid invoices are cancelled after 3 days.

I watermark arts that are larger than 500 pixels in any dimension.
The commissioner receives the unwatermarked version via note (default file type is PNG, you can ask for JPG if needed)
If you do not want the art posted online, inform me when you order the art = private commission

Private commissions cost 1.25 times regular price.

Please carefully read my trade policy below and be aware that you agree to it if you ask me to trade.

I am only interested in doing art trades with people who
◆ consider trades on the same priority as commissions AND
◆ can complete their part in a timely manner (within 30 days of receiving their half of the trade)

I am willing to trade with artists who
◆ have been active on deviantart for 2+ years
◆ display a fairly consistent gallery of work
◆ are confident in their own skills/techniques (unless we are in agreement to try out experimental art for our trade)

Please note: I'm more likely to trade with artists who I've known for years or whose gallery I watch

◆ You can expect your art to be completed for the art trade within 14 days of my receiving your half of the trade.
◆ If you are unable to complete the art trade (time constraints, lack of motivation, etc) and I haven't done any work on the trade yet, then it's okay for us to cancel the trade. Please let me know as soon as you feel this should happen.
◆ CAUTION: If I have done my part of the trade and you are no longer able to draw your half, then I expect to be paid for my work as it would be charged for a monetary commission. (ex. $50 CAD for a chibi). I can give you more time to transfer needed funds to your paypal if needed, but 6 weeks from receiving the art is the maximum I will wait. (This gives you 30 days to do your part of the art trade, and 14 additional days to transfer money if needed.)
